TASTING NOTES: Wonderful layers of flavours: lead pencil, wood, blackcurrant, blueberry, vanilla and a lovely long spicy finish. Medium tannins and body.

FOOD MATCH: Pair with roast lamb or lamb cutlets, especially with mint sauce.
